Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at Support@sdfurniturellc.com.

Cancellation requests are subject to order status. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Processing After Cancellation or Return

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once delivery is completed.

If you need to request a return or have questions about your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations or address changes due to incorrect shipping information are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on possible next steps.
