At Simple Discount Furniture, LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality furniture and reliable customer service every step of the way. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, smooth, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging, including all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Shipping Label

For eligible returns that meet our return criteria, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

If the return is due to customer error, change of mind, or incorrect ordering, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

To return an item:

  1. Securely repackage the furniture item in its original packaging.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

  3. Ship the package using the approved shipping method.

If you need assistance or have misplaced your return instructions, please contact our customer support team.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order number and details to: Support@sdfurniturellc.com

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without supporting photos may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
